North-West based Manzoku was founded by Gina Greenall, starting out with just a few authentic Asian dishes. Born from a passion for Asian cooking, Manzoku’s menu comprises classic dishes as well as experimental ones; with customer favourites including Chicken Katsu Curry, Char Sui Pulled Pork Bun, and Korean Fried Chicken Wings. Manzoku rapidly made its mark at popular city food festivals including Bustler Market in Derby, Peddler Market in Sheffield and Stretford Food Hall in Manchester – earning itself a countrywide reputation for offering a truly unique taste experience which evokes the distinctive flavours and essence of Asia.
