Slap & Pickle

Slap & Pickle was founded in 2017 by street food veteran James Tabor and then-magazine editor Zoe Perrett, who went from partners in life to also partners in business. Following multiple successful residencies at Leeds food hall, Trinity Kitchen, Slap & Pickle opened its first permanent site in Leeds city centre in November 2018 as one of the independent kitchens within Assembly Underground. The burgers and loaded fries quickly gained a reputation as the city’s best and now they have made the leap to Manchester as one of Society's most anticipated vendors.
